This gender-based violence (GBV) report represents the work that has been done by the Kagisano programme in Khayelitsha. It gives a glimpse of what we’ve uncovered and advocates for violence prevention institutions working with GBV to use as a guiding document for their work in the area. It also calls for government departments to visit Khayelitsha and contribute to tackling this issue by engaging with some of the organisations and leaders the programme has partnered with in the area.
